About Me
Hi, I’m Samantha Woods, an illustrator and graphic designer who grew up surrounded by creativity. I was raised in a family full of artists and spent countless hours at the kitchen table drawing beside my dad, who was an artist for our local newspaper. Those moments shaped who I am today and inspired me to keep creating. I continue to use my maiden name, Woods, as my artist name in honor of him and the creative spark he passed on.My art doesn’t fit neatly into one box, it shifts between kawaii, nostalgic, dreamy, and bold, depending on the mood and story I’m telling. I love blending digital art in Procreate with traditional watercolor, markers, and colored pencil, mixing mediums the way I mix emotions and imagination. Through my work, I hope to inspire other artists and bring a little more joy, magic, and color into people’s lives.
